• Vatican: Avoid Weds (Papal Audience) + Sun 12:00 (Angelus). Go late.
• Venice: If your dates fall under the Access Fee (Apr–Jul, 08:30–16:00), go after 16:00.
• Big events = full cities: Carnival (Feb), Palio (Jul/Aug), Calcio Storico (Jun 24), Salone del Mobile (Apr).
